ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP **$60 per family (this includes the $5 background check fee for one adult. Additional fees are required for each additional adult in the classroom). The annual
membership should only be paid once for the school term of Fall 2019- Winter 2020.
**There is also a Utility fee of $40 per family due with registration for each semester.
Participation in co-op classes by your children(additional fees required per class depending on classes selected).
Teaching and/or assisting in 2 co-op classes by the parent.
Email updates of co-op and non-co-op related events.
Social settings for your children.
Fellowship with other homeschool parents.

Please follow these steps to join CHAT and register for this semester:
1. Read General Policy, Statement of Faith, and Code of Conduct available below. Copies will be given to you on registration night. You will be asked to sign a list on registration night stating that you received a copy of the General Policy and that you agree to abide by our procedures. You will be mailing in a signed statement agreeing to the Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.
2. Print and complete 4 forms: Membership form, Agreement to Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct, Class registration form, Background check
3. Mail all 4 formsalong with copy of front of driver's license and payment for 1st choice classes
4. Your envelope should contain 5 full pieces of paper along with your check in order to be complete!
